Drivers - Specifically drivers with New cars

I HATE drivers with NEW cars!!!! If you couldn't afford to buy and drive the d*#n car - then you shouldn't have!!!! I hate having to wait for someone with a new car to have 2 miles of free road before they will get out on it and drive!!!!!
